the problem is that the people who could run this forum and make an effective team will always have some cock bag at the top, who is not even a forum poster, just some random staffer. there's little to no consensus among the people who try to run this day to day, everyone has their own opinion on how to run things; it's ultimately left up to the smods to decide who to ban, and who to let go. internally it creates animosity and pits people against one another. i'd like staff for once to acknowledge that this forum isn't a dumping ground and that installing one of your 'people' who have no experience with this forum or the people who post only fucks things up.

ph knows how to do it, but i doubt he'd be willing considering it seems like a big fucking headache.
