Animatrix is great, I have seen it 2 months ago

There is another anime having the same theme as Animatrix, it's called (Neon Genesis) Evangelion (Death & Rebirth), has anyone seen it? I don't quite understand the ending when that 2nd child said 'the eva series is completed', what did she mean?

Uh Eva has absolutely nothing in common with the Matrix/Animatrix and is not similar in any way except that they're both animated.

Death&Rebirth is the movie that follows the 26-episode TV show Neon Genesis Evangelion (and has the first half of the Eva movie (End of Evagelion)) so maybe you should watch the TV show first or else it will make absolutely no sense whatsoever. And if you saw the movie without watching the Series and you thought it made sense you're on crack Hell the movie barely makes complete sense even if you know everything there is to know about eva.
