I definitely like Colbert more than the other guy (damn I can't remember anything right now)
i like jon stewart more, his whole thing is a bit more level-headed. colbert's "egotism" kind of wears on me. i know he's making fun of people like o'reilly, but it seems like the colbert report involves alot of colbert-related gags. if i turned on the colbert report randomly (i dont have cable so i catch it every now and then), i'll miss like half the "inside jokes". not saying colbert is bad in any way though - he's fucking hilarious - but i usually choose the daily show over the colbert report if i don't watch both
back on topic - I know glenn beck isn't a true "libertarian" or even "anarchist", that's what i think makes it even worse. he's just taking ideas that are gaining prominence (well libertarianism anyways) and using them to bash his opponents. i would love, love, love to have a one-on-one with glenn beck and then, immediately following, a bare-knuckle fist fight. that way i would go into the fight extremely pissed.
it sucks in a way because once or twice (i cant even believe im fucking saying this), i ... agreedwithwhatglennbeckwassaying. but i knew he didn't mean what he said, he didn't understand the basic idea which led to the conclusion he used (he was discussing america's monetary policy and how it would lead to massive inflation, something i 100% believe).
when glenn beck says "big government", he means "liberal government". he'd turn his fat fucking cheek if there was a republican government in power, bust out nationalism 101 and read it word-for-word.
I agree with you, but then exactly opposite. Jon Stewart is hilarious, but I just slightly like Colbert more, I don't know exactly why, maybe it's also because I don't follow either (they used to have Stewart here, don't know if they still do, but at the very least it's at inconvenient times). So maybe if I would follow both shows it would be different, but from all the bits and pieces I see from both shows, I like Colbert more, though Stewart is still great.
Maybe God was the first suicide bomber and the Big Bang was his moment of Glory.
That's pretty fucked up that one of the reasons you dislike a guy is because of his religion.
edit:
How does Rachel Maddow lesborage? I watch her and Keith consistently, and neither would pop up into my mind as a rager-er. She doesn't even raise her voice LOl. Half the time she isn't even fucking talking, someone else is.
If you are trying to somehow act politically aware, i'd suggest choosing Michelle Malkin from Fox. That chick...ok THAT is fucking lesborage. One of the few times I watched o'reilly, and she was replacing him. They invited this black panther leader LOL, you knew shit was going to hit the fan from the get-go. In the end, I do believe he was comparing her to a prostitute. And she was somehow trying to spin his calling her that into some unforeseeable comeback. Quickly flipped through that shit with a hearty chuckle.

Just read this again and think about it for a moment
hint: consider modern events and history, heck even the fucking future. Just think about it, really... please just think about it
a semi-religious forum go-er is saying he hates a guy because he is a certain religion. This is the 21st fucking century, and he is straight up calling a dude out on his religion.

What? Are you saying I'm "semi-religious" or that I hate Glenn Beck because he's a Mormon or both? Regardless, I don't "hate" anyone.
Lesson #1) A person's religion does seriously influence my opinion of them. That's not bigotry, it's reality, and anyone who says they ignore someone's religion (including, but not limited to, spiritual priorities, religious identification, and possible ethical paradigm as an outgrowth of religion) in judgment of that person is a moron.
I was going to list very defined groups/people who hate on each other because of their religion but I figure there's not enough text space to fit it all.
Don't give me that 21st century crap when there's bible beating faggots here in america, suicide bombers in the middle east, zionists, anti-semites, fucking KANSAS, neo-nazi's, etc, etc...
