the image jones posted is 1181x1966. chrome isn't autoscaling it down as it normally would because the image has been posted within a forum thread. autoscaling is only done when you directly link to an image. at least that's how it's always worked in my experience.

odd thing is, when i changed the resolution to its max (1600x1200), nothing really changed, must be a glitch, or IT somehow have it so that I can't actually change the resolution on my screen (from 1600x1200) even though it says it's 1024x768. but nonetheless, I actually thought I was on 1024x768, and I didn't right click on the pic to look at its resolution.
