My site is celebrating its fifth birthday, so to celebrate we're giving people a chance to win a custom-built gaming PC valued at just over $4,000. Sure, it's a bit overkill for AC, but if they ever re-introduce rain, it's best to be prepared, right? To enter, you just need to fill out a quick survey, that's it.

why put 20 times 3 between ( )? multiplying always comes before subtraction, you don't need ( ) for that. And why is the total between ( ), doesn't 20*3 - 10 say the exact same thing?

I'm no math wiz, I haven't lectured to tens of people about math nor do I give a shit about math, but as far as I can tell ((20*3)-10) is the same as 20*3 - 10.

u passed, figuring out the non-relevant parenthesis was the test
