one of the best vacations I had was driving down to north carolina with my family. Beautiful drive through the smokies, and we stayed in a renovated cabin that was alone on the top of a small mountain. Amazing views, crisp air. there were trails around our cabin that we could hike out to and stay for a night, do some rock climbing, have a fire, etc. We did a 15 mile hike on the Appalachian trail that was beautiful. I took some pretty good shots with my dads old canon (was heavy into chemical b&w photography then). Spent one day white water rafting through a local business, which was kind of touristy in the way it was organized, but still extremely fun. Hit Falling Water in PA on the way back home, which was also very cool. Finished a few books while i was down there and took some of the best mid afternoon naps of my life.

nothing better than relaxing at a cottage and snoozing in the middle of the afternoon only to wake up to dinner and drinks.it makes me sick when i think of it, all my heroes could not live with it so i hope you rest in peace cause with us you never didComment
