Why not just download FoxyProxy and use some proxies? WHY?! It's simple, takes 2 minutes to install and works perfectly.
Just get a free proxy list from Samair. :fear::fear:
.. or use a VPN. Or some stupid proxy site that is bound to fail anyways.

You can try this circumventor: www.staticsunshine.com (latest one)
They use proxies like turb said just thru the internet if you don't want to do it yourself. You can subscribe to them and they will e-mail you their new website usually weekly (They change their URL to change for the constant firewall updates)
They usually have funny names for their URL addresses like clamteaser.comsigpic
All good things must come to an end.

Where in China are you? I live in Shanghai, but currently traveling in Beijing right now.
Easiest way is to use some proxies, but facebook is pretty broken still due to javascript not working correctly. The only way to get them to work properly is to route your internet traffic through a VPN. I use my school's resources, as they provide a VPN service that most ppl do not know about. I would recommend checking your school to see if there is a VPN you can route your traffic through and then use a Cisco client to do that :-)
PM me if you need more help getting around China's firewalls...after 4 years of coming back here every vacation pretty much got this shit down to a science now

Mainland Chinese Internet censorship programs have censored Web sites that include (among other things):- Web sites belonging to outlawed or suppressed groups, such as pro-democracy activists and Falun Gong
- News sources that often cover topics such as police brutality, Tiananmen Square protests of 1989, freedom of speech, democracy, and Marxist sites.[13] These sites include Voice of America and the Chinese edition of BBC News.
- Sites related to the Taiwanese government, media, or other organizations, including sites dedicated to religious content, and most large Taiwanese community websites or blogs.
- Web sites that contain anything the Chinese authorities regard as obscenity or pornography
- Web sites relating to criminal activity
- Sites linked with the Dalai Lama, his teachings or the International Tibet Independence Movement
- Most blogging sites experience frequent or permanent outages
- Web sites deemed as subversive
Unblocking
Certain sites have begun to be unblocked, including:- The English-language BBC website, (but not the Chinese-language website).[17]
- YouTube,[18] although it has been subsequently re-blocked.[19]
- Wikipedia.org, including the Chinese-language edition.[20]
- Social websites and free web hosting websites. However these have also been re-blocked.
- Some foreign news websites.
