This is a top down shooter where you're generic space marines killing generic aliens. The charm of the title is in it's co-op value and tactical placement to get the most experience out of a level by kills, sealing doors, and relying on medic and tech class players to move you through the rough parts. The closest thing I would call this to be like is a 3rd Person Left 4 Dead. Quite a blast.
