this is like pure insanity to a cop from fucking louisiana. driving on the road is probable cause these days. yet another one of my friends was busted because he didn't use his turning signal 100 feet before the turn. he used his signal! just not for the entire 100 feet. i guess that was probable cause to dig out the year-old ritalin pill from underneath the floor carpets which had legally been prescribed to his brother.
