I go to the Chinese for a haircut. They are fast, they don't bitch about if I have been on a holliday or not. And they charge a reasonable price (inc. washing)
With my looks I don't care about what the result looks like anyway.

In Taiwan you can get a haircut for $2 and they give you comics, water, and back massages along with the haircut.
