Its easy.

2 cans white shoepeg corn
1 package cream cheese
1 stick real butter (salted)
1-2 jalapenos
1-2 serranos
Salt
Pepper

Just toss it all in a pan and cook it on a really low heat covered until it all melts together, let it cook for about 2-3 hours to get the jalapeno and serrano juices into the entire dish. Also depending on whether you are a pussy or not you can deseed the peppers to reduce the spiciness of it, and you could also add more peppers if you like hot dishes.

Threw in some diced ham so that I could pretend it was a real meal. I think I need to add a couple more peppers though... not spicy enough for me. I put it in a slow cooker for like 3 hours, but maybe the peppers will dissipate more tomorrow.
