finland has only 3 years of 'high school' and so does many other european countries

I'm in high school...going into my 5th year now. So then I'll be doing my highers/intermediates.

I did a program similar to this here in the states too -- graduated with my HS Diploma and my Associate of Science before heading off to Univ. Denver to get my BSBA. The program took care of all my Freshman year classes except for one English class so I basically started off as a Sophomore.

Allowed me more time to screw around in college honestly -- about the only thing good I can think about it. That and I was able to take "fun" classes outside of my major so I didn't get completely burnt out on just those classes. I could have busted it all out in three years instead of four but that wouldn't have been as enjoyable of an experience.
