I'm interested in this also but one thing bothers me, how will you know if this fast will do any good for you personally? have you taken pre-fast measurements to compare the results with? seriously hope you have else this is a wasted cause. Would also like to see some official reports/findings that back up your theory. Have you taken before photos of your body aswell? would be interesting to see how much muscle you will lose and other things. nohomo.
