There are specific states within the U.S which have limited or banned the privatization of correctional services, mostly for the reasons stated in my earlier post.

Yeh they would prescribe him a nice (taxed) pharmaceutical alternative like Zoloft or Prozac, which would end up being far more hazardous to his health/mental ability.
