We've just set this up, so don't expect too much yet.
Right now all new signups will have to receive moderator permissions. You should receive a confirmation email before you can post anything.
Currently you should not be able to upload avatars or post any images, in your sigs or otherwise. The reason for this is that we haven't layed any ground rules yet. We'll be working on them, so be sure to check back.
Any inappropriate content will be edited or deleted.
