This is really getting old. These our two different issues.

1)DoCk> sold me a motherboard and cpu (both broken). I payed him 10$ of the 20$ I owe him but I got really pissed that it was broken. I was then told "pay or I'll net ban you". I was also told all upper staff (smods+) were informed of this private issue. I then didin't want to waste 10$ on a piece of shit so I gave him a bunch of names. One of them was Cops. I also spent 50$ on paying for an ATX case for the motherboard and cpu (which I can't get a refund on). And yes I took Cops back and I told DoCk>"you can have the other names, but I'm keeping Cops". I really like my new name so right now it's a matter of do I want to have Cops back or not? Personally whats done is done and I'd like people to stop dwelling on this.

2)I really got bored with staff and decided to have some fun before I quit. Also with the presenting fact that I was being preasured into paying. The only thing I miss is StaffChat, I mean THE PUSHER telling un funny jokes and everyone kissing his ass and laughing, Goddess acting like a block, adam fighting with mods and <ER>s.

In fact they (people from top squads getting banned) have used this excuse before. You can thank the actions of those individuals for our harsh stance on banning.

Once again, that would set a very bad precedent. Basically, anyone on the top squads could do anything and then come on and use that defence.

just go play at the local library, friends house, or just buy a new computer or something(lol).... all fixes to your problem.

I think in this case you just have to server the ban and come back later. You probably didn't get a response from the emails because whoever reads those (PUSHER probably) read it and said to himself 'yes, he team killed so he has to be banned. The ban stays, no point in replying.'

We can't just name ban everyone, the point of the ban is make sure the offender can't just log back in as someone else.

Sorry about that! If you want to be able to play, you need to make sure both you follow the rules.. same goes for anyone that uses the same computer.

Right. Of course, a more diplomatic way of saying it though would be:

We don't know if what you say is true, but we also don't know if it is false. Both are possible, and it is very likely for such a situation to occur. The problem is that staff has to be harsh on this because it would set a precedent that would lead to a lot of abuse. Staff would have no way of knowing whether each situation was true (except for some complete fluke) and giving everyone the benefit of the doubt would not be good.

That would mean that I could make a random name- say "Ultra__killer_3423" and then go tk some staff members. When I get banned, I can just go "No, that's not fair! It wasn't me! It was my aunt Bertha!!"
