Also yeah it was the Vknife for Locke from the Phoenix Cave, and the sword Ragnarok was great, you could learn Ultima at 1x through that or just get the paladin shield also. But the sword you could also trade in the coli for the Illumina which is the best weapon in the game.

I know right, I mean I can beat that game in about 5 hours with an emulator unfortunately but it is still probably the best I have played. It is amazing how much character they gave everyone with sprite based animation, like the finger wags and shit.

Yeah, those side-quests in ff6 were great. Locke also getting closure to his Rachel problem, colisseum was also fun with Setzer's death dice. Finding the Offering. Grinding the Cursed shield and getting Paladin shield, I mean the rewards were so good and you didn't have to run into 2 million birds and then finally gettin Sun Sigil in ff10

What ever happened to fun side quests like from ff6, finding Locke in the phoenix cave in the WoD, while getting some solid items, killing one of the dragons for the crusader esper, and getting the phoenix esper so you can learn life 3. Also Locke is the best character anyways, and after that you can go get Ragnarok from the weapon shop for Ultima. I mean thats a lot of great end game shit for one side quest.
