DSB Banners Vault is a great place to get banners. You click on the links to the left when you get there to view the banners.
Edit:
To get a banner from that site..
-Right click on it
-Then "Save picture as"

RR means that website is literally his, by collecting the banners himself and putting them on a website (that he also made... himself).Originally posted by IceStorm
