Hahaha classic sales picth. My uncle used to do research on that. Definitely was gonna cost you money. He'd get you there with a bunch of other people, mostly people in his organization, some people who have been approached like you. He'd reiterate that you can go but will be playing on human nature's tendency to conform, whereby no one else is leavin, you won't leave. Sooner or later they'd isolate you from the group, thats when they hit you with the sales pitch. Pay to join, for equipment, training, there's always something with a price tag. Thats where they make most of their bread. Some of it will come from whatever work you're forced to do for the next months to pay your hundreds of dollars worth of fees. You won't make as much as you spend to stay with the organization and make a profit. Your wife and kids will leave you and you'll end up being forced to make your dog lick peanut butter off your nuts to get yourself off aka "Mattey" Style.
