lancer Evo looks a lot better for a rally car than does the STi. But yea, WRX has more power. Its hard to say who'll be faster with all the stuff you can add to these types of cars.

The STi would blow it out of the water. Of course Im a little biased since its my dream car. My dentist bought one of only 40 sent to Canada and his wife wasnt too happy about it .... something about 2 mortgages and the fact that he already drove a Benz Im hoping (praying) to buy a used WRX (not the STi) in a few years. If I do Ill try to get the license plate EIG if its free

Oh ya, I drive a 93 Sable right now so the WRX is still just a dream.

When I was carless... I dreamed of getting the 99' or 00' Subaru Impreza RS. For a few years I've only dreamed of having it. People tried changing my mind but I kept my mind straight. And now... I have it. SWEET!


And the Bug Lights on the 02-03 WRX' are gay. Get the newer lights or OLDER lights version.

To me it seems that the only reason to get a WRX is to get the STi. Why would you want a base model WRX, that's just like a regular car that's not very great.

because it's affordable and reasonable for my time of life.

I'm not knocking the idea of getting an affordable used car, in fact, buying a nice car is really a stupid waste of money, but of course, who doesn't like driving a ncie car. I just thought the wrx looked stupid until I found out how kickass the sti is.

I guess it's just a matter of taste. I shouldn't talk, I want a CRX.
