probably very similar to other herbal energy drinks. i believe some of the commercially available sports drinks have trace amounts of it anyways... but the real yerba mate is more concentrated.

it's basically just a red bull, but easier on your body.

you know spiderman, if you looking to clean your system out with ancient remidies... you should also look into getting a root from trinidad called Moby root/ mobi, or well thats the slang name for it, the drink is also called mobi, you have to boil it for quite sometime and then let it cool down / refridgerate and then drink it up. You could find it at most Cribbean stores. if not, you could always as the store clerk
