I like Link and Kilik. Talim's good too because she's fast and has a lot of quick knockdowns.
For laughs, go to the profile gallery and load a character. You can use the shoulder buttons on the controller to make them rotate. If you choreograph it right, you can make Asteroth do the Hokey Pokey.
Of course, for other amusements, you can always do the same with Ivy and follow the bouncing
