each level in a chapter isn't fully beaten until it turns blue. sometimes, especially in the later stages of the game, levels require beating twice... labyrinths as well. also, beating levels fully will unlock new areas. and once you beat every level one time, they all turn red again and have new requirements to beat them.

i'm pretty sure the level 10 weapons are in the southeast portion of the map that you have to unlock in the "second quest". it should be noted, though, that the level 10 weapons are pretty useless. they're mainly just joke weapons with funny graphics and sound effects. but they cost a shitload.

Im talking about when you go to weapon gallery and there all lined up im missing the very last one for like 5 or 6 guys
