ok, so i legitimately obtained the beta test. (it includes the online MP)

and i have to say it is absolutely brilliant. I thought that it would be kinda sad to make a 3d version but now that i have tried the beta test, i now know that i was very wrong.

The single player is very challenging and you must move strategically. one wrong move and it could make the whole mission failed.
The levels are very well designed and there are loads of crazy vioce packs which tend to be english accented

online multiplayer is great fun, except in the beta, you can only play 1v1.
I have only played one game versus 'Spadge' one of the developers of worms 3d and of course, he beat me

well, he is one of the developers and has had loads more practice than me.

but worms 3d is one of the most fun and challenging games i have played to date.

Get the beta from BitTorrent: A site I know I didn't post because it links to all _sorts_ of warez and copyrighted material (please don't sue me)

I also got to check out the beta, and I agree. It's pretty sweet. I still haven't seen the ninja rope though, my time with the game was somewhat brief. Still thought the interface could use a little work though, but the float on the crosshairs for different weapons was a pretty nice touch. And thank god you can finally aim with the mouse!

P.S. Not sure if the Beta was actually an open release, but the warning is for the Bit torrent link (the other part's just me being funny).

yeah, the ninja rope is kinda crap, its too complicated to actually do all the tricks with it because of the view,

the leaked demo had the actual mouse aim but they took it out in the official one... beats me

I "obtained" Worms3D for PS2 last week. It's not that fun. Especially because to play multiplayer with 1 PS2, you can only use 1 controller; you have to pass it back and forth.

umm im not really informed about much of the popular computer games, but i heard gunbound is sorta like worms, is that true?

i downloaded the demo of this game a few weeks ago and didnt really like it. the game should just stay in 2d where it belongs

i completely changed my opinion of the 2d-3d change after i downloaded the FULL beta

also the music is really annoying but yet it grows on you, i found myself humming it in spar :S
