and to go into more detail on my avatar:
The character is (probably fan drawn) the character from the (anime & manga) Naruto series named Hatake Kakashi. He is a laid back character but when it matters, he's reliable and skillful. Hatake Kakashi has several abilities. One in which he is able to copy and/or mimic another's moves. He is able to do this through his special eye in which was surgically implanted in his left eye. This eye (called the Sharingan) slows things down for him and ables him to see things not any normal person can such as the techniques of his opponents. It's also a copy machine that copies techniques that his opponents use. He is known to be the Copy Ninja and is also known to know more techniques than anyone. Looks can be deceiving; he is deadly.
