Anyone know some good Halo sites? (preferrably sites relating to the XBox version)

My friends always stomp the shit out of me whenever we play Halo. I'm looking for some good multiplayer strategy guides. All I can find are sites for the goddamn PC version. Help!

You don't really need a strategy for Halo, you just learn the basis of the game over time, and ALL the strategys will come to you. Just wondering, how long have you been playing Halo? And what questions might you have for multiplayer, if I may become any assistance

Halo was pretty easy cheesy jase. I find the biggest key (besides good aim and keep moving) is greandes, a lot of people tend to ignore them when they're very usefull weapons.

Jumping a lot helps....avoid any vehicles besides the tank (although you can still be easily killed in the tank) Be sure you can use the melee attack efficiently...it does a lot of damage. Use radar...and constantly look around if you don't know where the enemy is.

Also keep in mind that the radar is really a motion detector sort of thing...it only works if the person's moving.

I guess I just need some time to catch up to their skill level. They all started playing Halo pratically the week it came out. They all use a sensitivity of 10... I can't aim what-so-fucking-ever with the sensitivity up this high. I'm all sorts of herky jerky.

That, and I need to find an XBox controller that's a clone of the PS2 controller. The default XBox controllers are so fucking bulky and uncomfortable to play with.

In conclusion, fuck Microsoft.

Lol keyboard and mouse. Actually I can only play Halo with the "fucking bulky and uncomfortable" controllers. And I just bought an xbox to PC contoller converter on Ebay for Halo PC hehe.

The biggest thing to know in multiplayer is learning to use the pistol. NEVER hold down the fire trigger when using a pistol, only tap the trigger at the enemies tip of the head. This is prolly the best thing to know in multi

Yeah, the recoil on that thing is insane. That's the first thing my one buddy showed me. He aimed at a wall and held in the trigger for an entire clip. Then he reloaded and aimed at the same wall but to the right a tiny bit, and this time he tapped the trigger. On the left was a whole bunch of bullet holes with quite a decent spread, and on the right there was one large hole. :]
