Awesome when you mentioned whether that certain squad member could just browse the forum, but no one else, It is possible, but it would take too much time and effort to put into. Depending on the current software the Board is using ,vBulletin, It should have an option for invisible forums, but in order to obtain that option you have to have a different member title, so instead of being just "member" you would Have "Veloce member" and such, and then create a forum only visible to members in taht group.
