First of all i would have removed hair from:
Ass (fucking useless)
Ear
Nose

Then i would have given everybody a born pubetrim that sticked withem for life, a nice and trendy look.

Then the penis. i mean wtf.
Total renovation. Not sure what design but it just doesnt look right atm.

The vaginas are USUALLY pretty decent looking, only change here is stop making the ugly ones.

Other than that im pretty happy.
