Please impose some kind of sig. length limit

I am so fucking sick and tired of looking at some people's epic 200-line signatures. I know that there has to be some kind of signature limitting option in the MB's Control Panel. It wouldn't be bad to have some kind of 2-4 line limit on sig's, no matter what text size you use. If you ask me, having a sig that is longer than the length of your actual post body is really, REALLY PREPOSTEROUS.

I don't think he despises signatures overall - just unnecessarily long ones.

If your signature is longer than your average post, it's probably safe to say that it's too long. Of course, for many people, whatever is in their sigs is more interesting than what they say in their post.

As I said in an older thread regarding long sigs:

"It's like making a film just so people can see the credits rolling."

Actually, an admin was supposed to inform you of this a while ago arch, but your sig is a bit too long. We're politely asking you to shrink it (and yes, we've talked to zeus about his too). Rule of thumb: If your sig is longer than your average post length it's too long.
