Yes, I like Yes. :P But really only until rather recently. The first song I heard that I knew they made was the near 10-minute long Homeworld. If you own / know the RTS game (same title), their song is featured in the credits of it. The first time I listened to the song, I thought it was okay. For whatever reason, though, it really grew on me the next couple times I listened to it. I was curious, so I looked at the game CD and there was a little history of the group which I read. One of the songs it mentioned I knew I had heard before, I just didn't know who sang it until then (Owner of a Lonely Heart). So I went out and got the album it was on, 90125, and later I got The Ladder (containing Homeworld), and I've been a fan since.
One thing I've noticed about many of their songs is that I often seem to hear something new that I hadn't heard before every time I listen. Just little subtle things - a short guitar rip, a soft harmony, etc. This is likely at least a little bit due to the fact that many of their songs are longer than normal, but it's a nice note worthy of mention, imo.
Their most popular hits that I know of are Owner of a Lonely Heart, Roundabout, and I've Seen All Good People (which is actually being used right now in the promo commercial of a new drama movie or network series - can't remember the name of it atm).
I like just about every song on the 90125 album. If you were to buy one, I would suggest getting that. Most of them aren't what would really be considered true Yes songs (Hearts is the most true to form), but they're still very enjoyable tunes, and it's a nice introduction. Also, if you don't have Homeworld yet and you have any liking at all for strategy games, get it! It's a great song, and the game isnt half bad either.Jacklyn> i'm not here right now, leave ur phone number address and directions to your house, where you keep your money and what time youre not home and i will get Right back to you

Yes..are a fantastic band. I first heard them in Homeworld the RTS game for the pc and was instantly amazed. I finally got the Ultimate Yes, a special CD with many of their best tracks. Although Homeworld (The Ladder) is slightly different than the one if the game it is still not without its genuine quality. Good tracks to watch out for are Homeworld (The Ladder), Ive seen all good people, Owner of a lonely heart, roundabout and leave it.
You will not be disappointed!Run Wabbit Run Wabbit Run Run Run Here Come FFLeader With His Gun Gun Gun ewww .?go rabbit -Redlights <ER>
