            Dan Brown.

It depends if you like the plot. I thought the book was decent. I've seen better :P

Doesn't that apply for pretty much any novel?

Not as exciting as reading the book, but I've been listening to a series of messages on the DaVinci Code.

Um, don't bother debating with me because I haven't read the book. It doesn't seem like my type of reading but the messages here are fairly interesting so far. I've listened to the first 2-3.

Is it a fictional story based on this? or is it a book about whether or not the bible is authentic? I've never heard of this until now, but it seems like my kind of reading.

Something to do with the disappearance of a museum curator, and the findings of a secret society from what I've heard. I'm going to check it out whenever I find the time.

Since I have never read the book, I will answer you. It's sort of a mystery/conspiracy theory book. The main character goes on an adventure to uncover some mystery. I believe at least some part of that mystery deals with the authenticy of the Bible and the history recorded there.

Author's website (might not want to read too much, I'm not sure how much it gives away):

My church is non-demoninational but close to Presbyterian. My theology is strongly Calvanist. What up, Calvinists represent. Woot.
