Half glass of Guinness, then you drop a shot of Irish Cream Liqueur into it. You have to immediately chug it upon dropping the shot - if you don't, it will curdle.
Edit: Skyy Blue/Smirnoff Ice/Bacardi Silver etc. - yeah they taste good, the whole "lady drink" thing is just a stupid macho stereotype (people like what they like) but who in the blue fuck wants to spend nearly 8 dollars (US) on a 6 pack of alcohol laced lemonade.
