the res limit just made it so that you can't buy your way to being good. you are forced to compete on an even level with other people (see the same things they do, assuming everybody is on max res). if you can't adjust, then you were just taking advantage of a huge res, and not any good to begin with.

if tw is so new, shouldn't it be that much easier?
