I dotn knopw if this has been brought up before but what about the idea of a new league, a proball league. It would work just nlike all the other leagues however it would encourage the use of a smaller team which you knew closely and could predict. This new league could help boost some life into tw and i think would be an exciting new addition to the twls.

1. I will do my best to prevent a tw proball league (meaning bitch on the forums). Proball is a PB game and if we want to play it's league we should go to pb.
2. speedball was taken down by it's creator. Any attempts to get it back up have been thwarted to some extent. The most recent attempt was to bribe dock> to put it up. He agreed if we modified the map. The sb community was unable to a modified map that they'd pay for.
3. I've sent an email to twdev, as per Zeus's thread asking for a tw based ball game, and I've heard rumors that it is being developed.Comment

They have got a event called speedball in 17th Parallel, i heard it was in trench, anyway's speedball, it is the worst event i have ever played.Comment

It was originally a tw event, but Mike asked to have it taken down. Other zones were willing to host it, but it never achieved the same popularity once it went off zone.Comment

The 17th Parallel's speedball is nothing like the one we're talking about. check out ?go speedball in powerball zone for the one we're talking about. Basically, anyone who wants to try is free to ask Mr Mike (of No Surrender fame) for the map and settings, but he's made it pretty clear if he can't run it, no one can play it.Originally posted by Ponce

Contact me in game and I'll be happy to provide constructive criticism and eventually settings that are 95% similar to the old speedball ones (changed for what amounts to copyright protection).
