I don't want to be mean or anything, but this was a retarded idea, to post it on the forum. If you want only Staff opinions you should ask them individually.
Posting it here, and writing " I want staffs opinions" isn't going to help. Everybody will post what they think and you can't stop that so you should of known that this will happen.
Also:

- If somebody is an <ER> he's an <ER> for a REASON. Meaning: he doesn't need somebody to tell people what to do, which would really be his job.
Some would get angry at you, because it's like taking their job away.

- Bots are also there for a REASON.

- As nobody knows you everybody's going to think your a wannabe-staffer, especially now that you've made this thread.

- Regarding "Fit of whos?" case: It's only obvious that you annoy people, if you tell sombody whos played ALOT longer than you, How to play.

- Regarding Adeons post: it doesn't make him look cute at all, it just makes him look even more like a retard and a suck up.
