pure basing should be not more than 2 terrs, no levs, no weasels, and perhap a little limit on the javs.. but than again.. when u got a limit of 5 javs and there are 4 sucky once which tk the terr, u got nothing about a limit, but the rest should be enabled by a bot or w/e

Whatever the TWBD/TWLB settings end up being, that's what pub should be too. In my opinion, pub basing is where you get your footing before ultimately ending up in a league setting. It doesn't make sense for things to be set up differently between the two.

Pure Pub will never have ship limits apart from the limit on the levis of course. Nor will it have fixed damage either. You get that stuff in your precious ?go base.

If you do think there are too many of sharks, or too many terriers, you can always explain to the player why the extra amount of shippage is not useful.

Although, I agree there should be two freqs and no speccers in Pure Pub (unless your staff), and I'm trying to do something about it.

They basically want a ?go base copy without freq limits and where you can come and go as you please. Like other people said, it doesn't make sense to have the pubs different from the base leagues. Having said that, I think you'll have a hard time convincing the higher ups to remove random damage in pubs, or changing any pub settings in general.

Exactly. Just use the settings in Public 0. Some people dont get picked in ?go base, so they still get the practice in public.

No way those terriers are funny, their like a horny puppy trying to hump your leg.

But yeah if there is a limit of 2 terriers per freq, and all of them are being lameasses doing what you said, then that whole freq is screwed.

It would be interesting if there was basing without any anchor ships like the terrier (non-attachable). That way everyone would have to fight their way to the Flag Room.

Anyhow looks like Pub0 has went fairly ok this far, I guess some say why change anything it seems to work. But then again, there could be a few minor improvements; like useless spectators and private freqs.

If there is no private freqs, then there should be 18 player limits per freq.. just two freqs, with max # of players in pub0 = 36.

I don't think the Lancaster of ?go base is suitable for Pub. It think it just works well with the strictness of basematches, but spreading bullets like that in a dense area you can find in public would be just lame.

yeah, i figured because of the freq thing, but then itll lead to things like unbalanced teams, freq hopping, etc
