?go base settings!

I think ?go base settings should come to public and other arenas. and pub weasel should be in ?go base and in leagues too.

fixed damage for pubs, leagues, events, (b)elim.

i heard that they keep fixed damage in pub because it gives chance for newbies. but sigh it doesnt how its mor chance if its less random both ways. and like we said in that TWL poll, newbies doesn't even know about random damage they think it's lag.

the fixed damage in pubs should be removed, a lot better for the new players in TW... rofl: newbies doesn't even know about random damage they think it's lag.
