Sunday Connection issues

Anybody else in or around Toronto have connection issues with TW all sunday long? my tw has gone down about 10 times in just a few hours. is it me or have several had this happen?

The only TWO TIME TWLJ All-Star and TWLB All-Star who never played a game.
