Idea for ?go base bot

It's distracting to message the bot with !rating ___ during game to see whose statistics are what. I think after the game, it should display the stats of all the players (or at least players still there), just like the beta bot for TWL does, and just like Extreme Games does after each game. Always nice to see.

Of course, maybe it should just display the top 3 or 4 ratings, so people don't get laughed at cause they aren't up to par, or maybe just the ratings of the winning team (like in EG). We don't want this system to make people play for records (even though many already do cause of MVP). But at long as we're producing these ratings, why not show them? (or eliminate them altogether)
