Well. I was trying to trade my name Toshiba, because I name trade. I talked with Moche and we agreed to trade. After i gave him the pw, he ripped me off by changing the pw. That is not the problem i have though. He said

after he went on my name that i traded.. doesnt that look like staff impersonation. btw i lped the name and am goin to get it back when the email comes.. Now as TW Staff should'nt you look into this matter and talk with me about it. No i dont get to talk with the TW STAFF but an er. kinda pisses me off. and then i learn that they arent goin to do anything about it

First of all. An ER is a staff member of Trench Wars. And since you know he can't do that why bother about it? That's just plain bullshit he's trying to do. You could have done a ?help asking if it was illegal what he was doing and what we could do about it.

First of all, saying someone said it, and backing it up with screenshots is no reason for staff to look into something. Well maybe they could, but because it's impossible to verify the integrity of your screenshot it would result in nothing. And how much is your word worth?. Your screenshot would even lose it's meaning more, because you say you owned the nick he was talking with.
I don't know what country you come from, but if you expect anyone to be judged by this evidence you put to the table, I question your values, I wouldn't want to live in a country where justice equals randomness.

And even if you could truly prove it was he who uttered those words, they still don't mean much. Yes maybe it's illegal to threaten someone with banning if you aren't staff (and staff also won't threaten with banning, they warn that certain misconduct will result in a ban.) But was he inside Trench Wars, and how serious could you take this.

Staff couldnt possibly look into name stealing, it would take 100% of their time, anyway it's ssc wide, so the banned person could just hop into DSB and then laugh at your misfortune through there.

2. its not illegal to "dick someone over" (as in that name trading crap)
3. if you can't take the heat, stay out of the kitchen. You're a name trader, you should know the risks of trading names and passwords over this game, and don't come to us when a deal goes bad.
