You got banned from the forums (which you just said you don't really seem to mind) because you continued to ignore instructions to address these issues through the e-mail instead of here, and yet you still continue to do so. If you disagree with the rule, that's fine, but what do you hope to accomplish with this? Martyrdom is overrated, if that's what you want.

Why not just do us all a favour and move on instead of perpetuating a cycle you just said you want no part of?

Over a 5 day ban. You're just a super genius. Oddly enough since Jan 31 of 2004 (when I started), I've never been banned. I guess that's what happens when you both play within the rules, and aren't a giant flaming dumbass shrieking at the top of your lungs. I got warned once, and haven't purposely TK'ed any of the sons of bitching javelins that seem to make it their duty to TK me as frequently as they can, since.

And before you even think to say "But how is XXXX wrong?" You know it's wrong. Even pedestrian monkies would know it's wrong. Find a new hobby.
