A New Trench Wars

I've played trench wars alot for the past few years, and became addicted.. but seeing how trenchwars is it never upgrades in graphics or sfx. Only in population. I see zones like Extreme Games and DSB getting great gfx and sfx
which kinda represents the new millenium.

What I am saying is that maby you should have the development team or somthing; retile the map and add some hardcore lvz and gfx.
Maby it should get out of the SVS/VIE Age. :up:

Trench Wars is more about keeping the game fun then making it flashy
They seem to be doing something right if it's kept like 4x more people then the next most populated zone.
Other zones have their flashy graphics... Trench Wars has it's depth, more arena's, more games, more fun.

There is no reason why the tilesets can't be improved. You can't tell me that the standard grey and red pub tileset looks good.

Yeah, I agree, it is old.

I'd like to see a new pub map. Something to keep me interested. I'm sick of the old, predictable levi hotspots, so why not make a new map, where players can find their own firing positions?

And when that gets old, make a new one.

if it ain't broken, don't fix it.

the idea is that it is simple, so people can download the level in an instant and start playing, with the exeption of a few sub-arenas.. i don't think changing the tileset will make the game better.

perhaps changing the map, might be fun - but when it was changed at easter people didn't like it :P

I say retile the pub map to make it look cooler but keep its design essentially the same. Maybe add new holes, maybe an extra tunnel or something to add to the fun. Also maybe some new holes for leviterrs to practice some crazy elite new shots on. also. GET RID OF THAT BLOCK THAT BLOCKS THE HOLE WHERE LTS CAN DO THE CRAZY FR SHOT!!!! best lt shot ever, takes skill to do. All you pro lts know what im talking about.

i think they mean chage the map and not the ships.... i know that when they ships were changed at easter i didnt like them, but i do like the idea of changeing pub maps, might make it more interesting

pub is tired and boring. I don't agree with flashy lvz all over the place, but just a change of pace.
