Is there any faster ways to get a name that has not been on for more than 10 days? Im stuck with strid3r<-- when id preferably have a name like strider. If anyone can offer up any help it would be much appreciated thanks -strid3r

It depends on the usage of the name. If the name strider has been used and got a moderate amount of usage then it would probably take a year or more for it to reset. I know some people who have been waiting 3+ years for names to reset and it still hasn't happened yet. So your best bet would be to find the guy with the name, and trade it. Or to create a new one (would be very hard to find a good one, basically everything is taken) or if you must, find some name traders and try to get one off them.

There are plenty of decent names out there with no numbers or symbols in them.


For the record though, it's what you do with the name that counts (a2m+)

Or you could just add an adjective in front of Strider and use that. That usually works; single words tend to be taken already.

For the record I would love to get the name Wolf but the guy who has it comes on like once every 2-3 months and won't give it up

I wanted to have the name GHB, it was taken. So I chose the name GammaHydroxy, but then I joined a squad in which there was a nice member in it, who had the name, and he just gave it to me. I didn't even have to ask.

Well, I still use GammaHydroxy for TW though.
