Any chance of TK stats coming to Pubs?

Love the fact that we can see the number of TeamKills in TWL matches - any hope of this coming to the regular Pubs?

I'd love to be able to see if somebody routinely TKs, or maybe it would help cut down on the LTing?

LT's generally go on their own private freq. So they wouldnt be TKing.

There is really no way to do that unless they add it to the Continuum client and server. There is really no chance of any people that are involved with either of those things to read this message anyway.

I'm not sure why TKs weren't implemented into the rewrite of Continuum. Seems like a pretty obvious stat to include.

Now if you're talking about showing the TK stats on something outside of the actual client, that is more likely to happen, but still probably not going to.

I have no idea how hard it would be to pick up those stats and put them on edome.fi.soneraplaza, but I doubt that it's a priority for anyone at this point.

Actually I think this guys idea would be great; but in a different way. The next version of continuum would have a TeamKiller counter, allowing that person having a limited amount of TK's until the moderators are notified. Then the moderator would come in and see if that player is tk'ing on purpose.

There's a couple of problems with that though, Xog.

First, I'm assuming that you'd want that counter to be reset everytime someone enters an arena, otherwise the TK numbers will be taken out of context. Person A has 5 TKs, but Person B has 10, but Person B has been playing in here for a couple of hours, while Person A has only been here 2 minutes.

Second, under this system, mods will be summoned to watch each and every single shark because they'll often pile up the TKs through no fault of their own.

At least with the ?cheater system, other players who have witnessed the frequency and nature of the TKs will provide more context-related reports of teamkillers.

wot if u were tk'd and the kill dint show up on ur rec, likewise if u did tk then the kill wont be added.
