Why use FACTS when you can use Overburn's bmp -> lvl converter:

I have never used FACTS but all people I know who have used both prefer Overburn's. Also, why use FACTS to draw circles? You can do that in SSME

Twerp! my program was ment to make a new lvl file of the picture, then you copy it over to the real map. Thats all I programmed into it becasue I only spent 10 minutes making it.

yea there was a rounding issue in my old one, but I fixed it in 23.4 milliseconds. Now it works right, and it doesent cut lines out. (just use the old link, all I did was re-upload the updated version)

ohh, I just submitted the converter to subspacedownloads.com, now everyone can enjoy it. I just hope they dont reject it because the name I use for it is "Overburn's super-cool awsome Bmp2Lvl program".
