Twss Scouting Squad

The beggining of TrenchWars Scouting Squads ... ((Twss)) Ive created Zxion the newest Tw Scout Squad, Zxion is its name under my Allias and founder Reflex .. Which will have no affiliation with twdd or twl .. and so on .. This squad is Created for the No name Sqaud players that have DECENT playing skills (no bad or new players) who are looking for Recognition from higher ranked squads ..

As a founder of this new idea.. I am looking for people who want to be on good squads but get no recognition for invites from higher ranking squads ..

My plan is for Zxion Squad to be recognized PURELY as a Scout squad .. and by haveing the Zxion representation you are Presented to the players of higher ranked squads as a Free Agent ... Thus Zxion being recognized For ONLY haveing Decent players the chances of invite rise .. There is NO obligation to stay on the squad its PURELY for the players benifit of being recruited to a good squad, you can leave whenever you please.. if you're good enough for scouting i'll recruit you for Noticeability... Keep your recs Up and clean... and hopefully someone chances your skill with a nice invite to a good squad =)

What I Expect from this is good squads that are lookin for more good players to join them in the foundation of their own squad they may possibly Spectate the good players of Zxion squad and decide if they want to invite them, so in essence it's almost like a filtration proccess .. you may be good enough to be on Zxion for recogniton .. but are you good enough for the invites of higher ranked squads? .. this just means Hopefully your chances to a good squad will rise.

im not asking for the oppinions of people and the idea of Zxion Twss .. im just stateing that out of the new development of this squad and in hopes that the good squads will recognise these players of the Zxion squad to scout their abilities accordingly.. i do not gain any benifit from this whatsoever .. accept for the satisfication of good players getting to the squad they desired...

What the squad will not tolerate no matter how good you are ... is bad attitudes, this is meant for the benifit of good people and not jerks who are trying to prove themselves by being an ass.. if joined and this happens you will get the immediate BOOT... :P ...

{< other ideas such as a Placement INto a NEW leet squad not "Zxion" under another name with STRICLY leet players From ZXION .. MAY be placed in a squad which currently does not have a name and is right now just in consideration... of PURELY Eleet players .. which WILL and Can be signed up for twdd or Twl eventually.. I however will give that option too A co- captain of sorts from the Zxion squad and I myself will not have any affilations to that squad other then it being the Big brother to Zxion ... this is just a concept .. an action hasnt been placed for the developmet of that squad as of yet.... right now we're just in recruiting phases for the decent players of TrenchWars To Zxion Twss... >}

SO .. IF you think your Good enough (a decent player).. and you want some Recognition .. ?message Reflex and ill spot your skills and get you into Zxion ..

I don't understand how people on the squad are supposed to gain recognition from people on good squads if you don't play any TWDDs. There's really no reason to be on a squad that doesn't play any TWDDs, why not just put your squadname as None? If your goal is to be on Paladen but still be the captain of Zxion, I don't see why you can't just have everyone on the squad rostered on TWDD except for you, and have you be an unofficial captain.

A good idea, although its been done before in the past. Nevertheless, if anyone can succeed with the idea, its going to be my man ToK. This boy was playing the publics before most of us learned to walk, and has been loyal to Paladen since it was founded back in '99. GL to you brotha, and keep those psychedelic colors coming!
