i think staff is right :up: . cause as conc said, behind those names and expressions like "you are black" or "white power" there is allways an idea implicited to this. And as human rights says, the humankind opressed men first for the sex, then for the collor of his skin, for the orign of his blood, and now for his relligion ?

Racism is crap and must be extinguished for humanity.

i think im gonna hear some flames to this but i think that u shouldnt be allowed to use this name and in the same way, someone shouldnt be allowed to use the name Winston Churchill because he killed many ppl unecessarily when war was already won, in my concern, even not proclaming racism, he spread violence the same way.

just to tell, England wasnt lanching bombs at citizens and city centers of dense population but in 10 of may 1940, when churchill was proclamed prime-minister they broke this "rule".

and that destruction of population homes were made to lower the morale of the citizens, that was done till the end of the war.

Some numbers:

In 3 days, 25-28 of march 1945, Hannover was attacked and from a population of about 400 thousand ppl just about 200 thousand survived, nothing compared to Dresden that in less than 48 hours about 250.000 ppl were killed !

There should be an age limit to staff, if people are 14 or under, there is no way they can keep being a mature member of staff. Eventually the power will get to there heads, and little events like this come up. You can't seriously tell me fbz won't be back in-game shortly.

There maybe a few 14 year old kids or younger that could pull off being a mature and consistantly fair staff member. I personally haven't seen one. Don't flame the shit out of me, I don't know how old everyone in staff is. I just think the younger staff members I've seen so far aren't fully up to it.

If you're going to allow Asians (or AzNs, if you will) to spam with an "AZNS RULE AZNS RULE AZNS RULE" macro, then jump down the throat of someone who counters with "WHITE POWER WHITE POWER WHITE POWER", you are indeed sending a horrible message. Crack down on ALL racists or just leave it alone. Partial crackdowns aren't solving anything.

I recently tested this idea. The result? A three-day ban. So, is TW's racism policy simply anti-white, or pro-Asian? You make the call.

Just because we have AZN in our name, doesn't mean we are racist. This comment is basically aimed towards asians. How rude... And I dont see how you may come across that having AZN in our name means we are racist... anyways, we have pride. Dont hate. I dont think there should be a problem with being pro- anything.. as long as your not hatin on others and making others feel uncomfortable to the degree that they aren't enjoying the game anymore.

As for the topic, I agree with Awesome. If there wasn't a rule about it then it wouldn't be so serious. People can learn to ignore, or choose to play another game. Also, there are screen names of 'bad' words in other languages, how are you going to stop that? and as of cracker, double meaning, would you ban some1 with the screen name spic or yellow or whitey?

Hm.. what about fat/ugly/sexual harassment? Can we ban people for that.. Speaking from a girls point of veiw.. 70% of tw would get banned from sexual harrasment.. but ?ignore works fine. lol you sikos!!!

asian is not a race.. this a place..

saying "azn rules" will not get you in trouble.. however, if you say "yellow rules, white sucks.." or something similar to that, that's racist..

i don't know where you get the idea that saying "azn rules" is racist.. that's just ridiculous.. it's like seeing a "I love North America" t-shirt and then beat him up and say he's racist..

It promotes one culture over others. That's the key. Personally I don't see any more harm in "white power" than I see in "azns rule". Yeah, the phrase has a negative history. But judging by the way the "azns rule" players talk to whites, they're just as bitter and hateful. Wake up and smell the coffee, people. Whites aren't the only ones that practice racism. It's right in front of your eyes.
