I could put up a high quality movie in 1024x768 but the download for 3 mins movie would be a a few hundred megabytes to download. Soo I prefer to compress it as much I can and keep some quality..

If you like I can put up movie of 500MB then you have HQ with 192Kps 44Khz sound. But nobody would download it.
