Ever since I downloaded it I keep on getting this ttor.exe thing trying to access the internet.. wtf is it? It's located in C:\Documents and Settings\Xog\Application Data\ttor.exe

Just instead of doing open the file(my vid), save it to your desktop instead, then delete all those "weird" files.
