ok! so here it is, this progam is "expiremental" right now so its not in that great of shape, but it gets the job done, and I thought you people might want to get a "sneakpeek" at my lvl/lvz editor's "capeabilities" (which is getting delayed due to the fact that I'm getting a new computer soon).

so without further ado, I present what my whole life has been leading up to (J/K!!!)
